RYOSHI is the first German IT consulting and service company to specialize in bringing management methods from other industries into IT. Our focus is on optimizing efficiency, quality, and costs. We call this approach Lean ITSM.

Mr. Felix Fischer has worked in the broad field of IT since the early 2000s. His work has ranged from administration and consulting to system integration, service management, and business development. During this time, he has gained extensive practical experience working on projects and providing support for international corporations.
His interests in technology, industrial production, efficiency, and quality led him to lean management. As the founder and managing director of RYOSHI GmbH, he brings lean management to IT in order to reduce wasted time and motivate employees.
